Made to Order
All Horizon Art Prints products are made to order after purchase (we don’t hold inventory). For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or wrong size. Please review product details and our size guide carefully before placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within [choose: 7 / 14] days of delivery at support@horizonartprints.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of:

the product (full item + close-ups of the issue)

the outer packaging
-
the shipping label
After review, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method—at our discretion.
Lost, Late, or Stolen Parcels

Marked “delivered” but not received: Please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. If still missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan; we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.

Not delivered: If tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will replace or refund your order.
Please note: Carrier delays due to weather, customs, or peak seasons are outside our control and are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.
Wrong or Insufficient Address / Unclaimed Returns
If an order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or is unclaimed and returned, we can reship once it is back in circulation. Reship fees may apply. If you prefer, we can provide store credit (excluding original shipping).
Expected Print Variation (POD)
Small differences in color, cropping, and placement may occur due to screen calibration and the print process. These normal variations are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin production shortly after an order is placed. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
Returns (if authorized)
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization. If we authorize a return, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. When the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we’ll cover return or replacement costs. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear; your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
