2. Products & Availability
All Horizon Art Prints products are made to order after purchase. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery; however, slight variations in color or size may occur due to screen and print differences. We may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments through major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as digital payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where supported).
All transactions are processed through our trusted payment provider, Revolut, via Shopify’s secure checkout system.

4. Billing Process
Your payment method is charged immediately upon order confirmation. Orders will not be printed or shipped until payment is successfully received.

5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Security
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and Revolut. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

7. Failed or Refused Payments
If payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be processed. You may retry using another payment method or contact your bank or card provider for assistance.

8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are accepted once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the item becomes unavailable. Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.

9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, product images, text, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Horizon Art Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
Horizon Art Prints will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
