Processing & Fulfillment
All Horizon Art Prints products are made to order and printed after purchase by our trusted production partners. Printing and order preparation typically take 2–5 business days before shipment.
We partner with professional print providers to fulfill orders as close as possible to your destination, reducing shipping time and environmental impact.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Processing)

  • UK & Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delivery estimates above include business days only and may vary depending on your location, customs, or local postal services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and selected shipping method. We aim to keep global shipping affordable while ensuring quality delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Delays & Issues
While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@horizonartprints.com.
If tracking shows “delivered” but your package cannot be located, notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan — we’ll help investigate or provide a replacement if confirmed lost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped once received, with reshipping fees covered by the customer.

Total Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days total (production + shipping).
Some regions may experience longer transit times due to local delivery conditions.
